The weather may not be heating up, but the #EventProfs calendar sure is! June is full of networking opportunities and awesome conferences to keep you connected, informed, and most of all, in line with the fun times! EWL London Mastermind Coffee Morning (June 1)

Experience the legendary EWL campfire sessions at this popular networking breakfast. This month the group will be looking at marketing strategy and will be joined by ICE Awards Director Anita Howard.

TechsyTalk Live (June 2)

The brilliant TechsyTalk blog comes to life for one day only in the heart of New York. This is one of the best event tech conferences out there. It’s designed for event organisers, by event organisers, so you can find everything you need to get to grips with apps for events and other great event tech. There will be speakers, networking opportunities and chances to try the tech products for yourself too.

There’s something for everyone at this broad event. With talks, performances, exhibitions and activities, there’s a festival feel that is hard not to get swept up in. Get hands on with ‘science out of the lab’ or sit back and listen to experts as they discuss a range of topics, from race and racism in Britain to the designers of the future.

EWL have now brought their legendary campfire networking sessions to the North of England with a networking lunch at the beautiful Dive NQ. Expect to meet industry peers, try fantastic food and drink and hear some great insights into industry themes and trends.

Meeting Outlook: A Deep Dive (June 13)

June is a busy month for #EventProfs! If you’re not already at Olympia for The Meetings Show, head to ExCel to get up to date with the latest innovations using the Internet of Things. More than 300 exhibitors will be showing their work and you’ll get to try our loads of really innovative products too. Daily keynote sessions will give you great insight into IoT – the tech that could dramatically change the events industry over the next few years.

Need to get up to date with the latest food trends from the Capital? This is the place. Visit chefs, producers and restaurants as they show off their finest creations out in the fresh air of Regent’s Park.

EWL London Mastermind Lunch (June 16)

One of the longest-running and best-loved networking events around. EWL have been welcoming #EventProfs to their campfire lunch sessions since 2015. There’s always a friendly and welcoming atmosphere as well as a chance to try some delicious food and visit a London venue. In April the group will be discussing great content as a way to engage delegates.

MPI World Education Congress (June 19-22)

With the tagline: ‘Stop planning meetings. Start designing experiences’, this event promises to provide inspiration and clarity in a rapidly changing industry. There’s a long line-up of speakers including Bruce Mau, Ron Tite and Dena Blizzard. Can’t make it to the event itself? Follow along on social media using the tag #WEC17. The closing night celebration features an appearance from Joan Jett and the Blackhearts.

Citizen Event (June 30)

Citizen Event takes place on the last Friday of the month and is a relaxed and friendly networking event for event professionals. There are no presentations and powerpoint is banned, so you can get on with having a drink or a cup of tea and chatting to the team.
